Our Applied Research department is aiming continuously at raising new scientific and technical knowledge and to increase the Bel Group's knowhow and technological potential. This newly created position is part of the Sensory Analysis & Food Science team that is working on the development of the structure of our cheese products and the potential impact on the sensory propertie. In this setting you will participate in long and short term projects focused on quality improvement, productivity and new product development by performing analysis and industrial tests in our pilot plant and laboratory. In addition you will be in close contact with both the Research and Development teams by providing analytical support as well as pro-active advice in the development and implementation of new reearch methodologies.
The ideal candidate has a maximum of two years working experience and a BSc or MSc degree in Food Technology. A specialization in Dairy Science and Knowledge of food texture is a plus. You are curious and thrive on creating new ideas and working in a dynamic environment. Moreover, you have excellent communication skills and like to connect and work with various departments.
